A Suspect is Apprehended
in Breckenridge, Missouri

Caldwell County Sheriff Judson Charles Arnote (1883-1958), standing at left with unlit cigar, poses with a man arrested on theft charges. The forlorn suspect, standing in center, was identified as Mr. Hogan. At right is Breckenridge City Marshall Jim Cox. Hogan was caught stealing from Chaffins's Store in Breckenridge. The photo is dated October 1, 1919.
