| Cecil Frazier was a son of Amos Taylor Frazier and Abigail Bashford. He was an engineer on the Burlington Route (Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad). When his steam-powered engine came through Mooresville he gave a special "hello" whistle -- day or night -- that everyone recognized and understood. He is shown here with his wife Mary Ruth. |
