The Mooresville Presbyterian Church building was a large, rambling frame
structure, erected at a cost of $800. Severe storms in the 1880s made the structure
unsafe so, about 1889, it was torn down. The salvaged lumber was used to
construct the Molo Union Presbyterian Church on the northern line of Monroe
Township, Livingston County.
